Geoff did a great job of hanging in there to get points at Miller today, with a 7th place. The team got the bike as well set up as possible, but the 1125 is hugely down on speed to the current top bikes.

Whew, so much to do it's hard to get updates done. Our apologies. In any case, Geoff put in a couple really great rides this weekend. The old 1125 is so far down on speed it's ridiculous at a track like Road America. 18mph down on Tommy Hayden! But Geoff rode the wheels off it, and split the two Kawasakis on Saturday for a tenth.

On Sunday we tried a few changes that didn't work, and a gearing change wound up putting the bike at the rev limiter repeatedly. Almost made it anyway, and ran right behind the Kawasaki, but broke on the last lap. Our first DNF and hopefully the last. But wound up with some points anyhow, and are in tenth in the championship.

EBR finished 11th and 10th this past sat/sun 7/9 and 7/10.
I was kind of expecting a bigger improvement over the 1125. Maybe just working the kinks out?
