The tire is way big. I guess if your into it's cool. Previous pictures were really nice. I was impressed with the look of the bike.
Mailtoome, did you ever print out the specs to your lowering kit, i.e. the precise dimensions, etc. would like to do this on my new to me XB12S
I really hope you find a better way dude. I'm a fabricator & this idea is not gonna fly unless you take your time and do not get emotionally invested in a specific design. In other words, treat failures as a teacher and test it repeatedly before riding.

mailtoome that rear wheel is not factory is it? and are those the translucent amber wheels cuz they look a little more orange-y
I think they are orange to match the striping and it's a stock rim widened
What does it cost to get a stock rim widened? Hope this is not seen as a thread jack, as along the theme of lowering, I have installed a new Scg rear shock and slipped the forks on my Firebolt, and am running a 200 rear tire.
