I've read just about all there is here on tuning the XB ECMs toward improving my 2007 Uly fueling map. Downloaded ECM Spy, reset my TPS which worked beautifully and now I'm at a cross roads decision wise.
Basically I'm not sure I want to go the tuning route, but instead using the "plug and play" option, as one put it, of EBR ECM. I'd appreciate owner/users' feedback of this on rideability, fuel mileage, overall satisfaction.
Load the Race maps and timing first, see how it works, then tune or buy the EBR ECM.
Why not? you already have the cable and program.. You can always go back to your stock map if you are not satisfied with the results. It's really not as difficult as it may seem.
