I thought you weren't supposed to gap Iridium plugs. It also says that on the manufacturer's site. I'm just going by what I read.

I was curious about that as well. I thought they were supposed to be "pre-gapped"

OK, so I loaded a race map and did a TPS reset. The bike seems more responsive in general and my butt dyno feels some gains, however the bad hesitation at 3K rpm is still there. Ive put some seafoam in the tank and plan on changing the plugs in the next couple of days. It seems like most riding is done at 3-4K rpm so this really makes it hard to ride the bike :(

I will try to get to the breather reroute if I get some time.

Thanks, I'll try that. Other strange things happening too. I'll put them in order.

    1) One of the injectors was stuck open. (I always run 93 oct.)
    2) Next morning, the injector was fine but it still only ran on 1 cyl continuous.
    3) Pulled the plugs and wires... yup, plugs were fouled.
    4) Un-fouled them, and went for a short ride. Ran fine.

As soon as it stops raining here, I'll go for a full test ride and give an update. Thanks.
