Thread: 2007 XB9SX - D&D or Jardine???

    My Harley Dealership is recommending to go with the D&D Exhaust instead of the Jardine. Will the D&D sound better and perform better like they are recommending. I like D&D because they are based in Fort Worth, TX where I work.

    I'm also looking at going with the K&N Filter plus the Race ECM.

    d&d is a full open pipe, which means it's very loud.
    don't know perfomance wise, since they are not that common here in europe and haven't seen a test yet.

    maintenance will be less compared to the jardine since it doesn't require new stuffing...it simply doesn't have any.
    just keep an eye on the paintwork to avoid the pipe getting corrosion

    the jardine is a pipe that has proven it's worth. it doesn't cost as much, but does require some maintenance. jardine is focussed on getting more mid-range torque and is considered to be a good quality/performance buy
