5-0dro XB Pulley Guard / Cover "I want one list"

OK guys and gals...As you may have seen, I've been polling feedback and working on an XB Pulley Guard / Cover. I have finally gotten all my quotes and sources in line and am happy to announce that I have plans to produce these assuming there is significant interest.

Here's the details:

*Constructed from aluminum and will include black stainless steel hardware
*Anodized finish (black only)
*Includes Cosmetic cover that will be attached to the pulley which will also be anodized and will have the option of displaying a laser etched design (5-0dro logo, site & stripe as seen in the 3rd picture) or plain black
*Fits ALL XB models 2003-2010
* $125 for BuellXB forum members
*Free shipping

(Note: Pictures are of the prototypes. The final design will have a smooth black anodized finish.)






The plan is to order the parts by 5/20/2011 and they will be ready to ship by around 7/1/2011.

I'd like to get a head count of interest so that I can order accordingly. If interested please reply to this thread with your name at the end of a copied list from the previous post. Please start at 1 and don't break this.

For example:

Thicker? I would think a chain would be thinner but I've never seen an XB converted in person? Does the chain work with the OEM cover? Fitment is going to depend on the diameter of the pulley and the distance that the pulley sits from the mounting points. If you can get this measurement for me I could probably answer that.



The cosmetic pulley cover will probably not fit nor would I want it to if there was a nice sprocket sitting under it. If the OEM pulleys didn't get so rusty, I wouldn't even offer the cosmetic cover.
