This mod is for making an regular relay into an LED relay. The 2010 bikes Came with LED signals already, so yours is already an LED relay. This mods not for you if I'm correct.

only my tail light is LED. turn signals are bulbs, I put LEDs in the rear and it flashes fast and if I put them in the front aswell it will stay on and buzz.

Q: I have LED turn signals... with a smal blackbox and a resistor which need quite some space under the seat. WITH THE MOD WILL THE LEDS WORK WITHOUT THE RESISTOR AND BLACKBOX???? thx

Done this today, thanks for the idea cyclic, just thought id post my opinions and give some better insructions on what to do.

Well, it works!, however it does flash just slightly quicker than id like it too, not fast enough to fail an MOT test(UK) but still slightly faster than usual.

    Here's some photos:

I did this mod a couple weeks ago for my new LED flashers and it worked great for my 07XB9SX. I had a very hard time trying to get that dumb relay open though. I ended up using a hacksaw and cut around the bottom of the relay until I could slide out the circuit board. I cut the leg off the chip and epoxied it all back together.
