Several Buell owners here too, and they have invited me back into the service bays to go over my bike as well. Good guys, and will help...sometimes the parts guys aren't 100% on their game though about technical questions. Service makes up for it though.
Also, not a dealer, but a H-D dedicated service company.

Great to deal with and really knowledgeable about H-D engines. They offer machine work and have a dyno to measure HP, Torque and AFR. They also can get an upgrade kit for whatever you want. Some of the stories they tell me about bad mods tehy have taken off (that actually killed HP) are sort of funny.
My buddy is their buell tech, he knows his ****. their parts guys seem pretty good at ordering parts and finding ones no one else hasNEW CASTLE HD&BUELL
