Just bought a race muffler off of ebay. Only difference is the "NOT FOR ROAD USE" is a riveted on little plate along with being stamped into the muffler. I'm also having some issues with fitment on an '06 xb12r. Has anyone ever had to space a race muffler out to make clearance for the belt tensioner?[img]null[/img]
the one w/ the plate is an earlier race pipe. you may have clearence issues 'cause of the belt & swingarm change in '06. i think some people used to knock a little dent in the right side muffler tip to get clearence for the belt tensioner. or i may not know what i'm talking about
