I have a new black SS spring, along with a used yellow Scg spring and a used blue R/S spring. Anyone interested in those? They all are in great shape!

Interested in the black spring, but want to find out first if there are any differences other than the color (vs the white spring on my 09 ss)...

Yes there is a difference. Your 09 SS has a longer shock and spring than the earlier SS models. You shouldn't install a spring that has a shorter free length than the maximum travel of your shock, otherwise the spring retainers can fall out, and your shock will fall apart.

You could always remove your spring and have it powdercoated black.

Would powdercoating hold up to the constant flexing of the spring? Seems like it would crack after a while...
