They come pregapped.

That's the stock # for DCPR8EIX. Most of us use the DCPR9EIX, which is a colder heat rating since our motors run so hot.

if you do end up gapping them, be careful not to break the tip. They suggest a wire gapping tool. there is a video on another thread somewhere explaining this.

alright thanks guys.. i know that they come pregapped for car but i didnt know if they would for bikes... new to the bike forums.

Yeah, they come pre-gapped. I always grab a gap gauge at the counter and swap out if they don't measure .035".
