Will the 125 webinar include answering any problems we may run into after you walk us through it? Very interested in this. I need to quit messing around and get to it

SnyderJ21: I am absolutely committed to customer service and providing an excellent learning experience, so I am hesitant to remove tech support from the webinar package altogether. With that said, there is a limit to what I can provide. Let's put it this way, if you have forgotten a step in the process, I am always available to provide help. If, however, you have followed all those steps and still fail to achieve success, I will only be able to provide suggestions on how to proceed. In the past I have connected remotely to the client's computer and helped them work through the issue. This is far too time consuming for $125, and I cannot afford to continue this practice. It also devalues the more expensive packages, which many of my customers choose to purchase. Does this satisfy your question?

Thanks RJ. Despite your tendencies toward necrophilia, you're a good guy yourself.

I want to take a moment to thank J_Undisputed for drawing up a wicked logo, which has just been thrown up on the splash page for the site. Check it out! It's badass. Thanks Jason!

Anytime, Max. Glad to help out where I can. Besides, for all the help you provide with tuning, it's the least I can do to give back.
