I think gulf has a 1125cr and the stators smoked.
Being I am in the same boat right now it is flurstrating that there's no real long term fix.
I have made some calls Erik has tried something differnt with the 1190 but with the low build numbers how many are really getting ridden.
I also sent a email to rotax hopefully they help sure looks like hd doesn't care.
Custom rewind is testing a thick wire rewind but it's a test.
Aprilla with the rotax engine are suffering the same issue the thick wire is lasting longer with a better regulator . Not sure it's a perment fix

Love the bike or would not have purchased it,just frustrated.Am trying to iron out bugs but not much help in Australia.Have owned lots of different bikes,Will see what we can sort out here down under:p

You should have bought an XB instead of the 1125 :D

Any chance it's still under warranty so a dealer can fix it at there cost, warranties where extended to 3 years on bikes sold toward the end.

this forum is here so fello buellers can help i understand how frustrating it can be when you dont understand whats wrong with your bike.Maybe next time you post tell everyone what its doin so we can help.instead of insauslting are beloved buell name and country.Or sell the peice of **** this forum can help with that as well then maybe pick up a jap bike your so found of.
