In the town I grew up in they just lost 2 riders... PD and a FD personnel too. The young firefighter was killed by a drunk / stoned dumb bitch that pulled out in front of him...

Be safe guys, even if you're just going down the street for a quick trip to the store wear your gear.

This happened here a few days ago in Colorado Springs. The guy wasn't wearing a helmet and he was speeding on a busy 3 lane city street. He was killed instantly when he ran into the back of a truck...Very sad when this happens

My last ride was 22 days ago, Saturday 30, got up late for work, decided I was too late for wearing my gear if I wanted to get there fast; guess what? never got to my job, instead, had an accident and I allmost died AT 40 MPH!!!, now I have to wait for my slow recovery, and try to fix Wakko (haven't seen him yet, but I think my frame is broken). My gear could have save at least 3 bones!!!
