Thread: Oil Light Came On/ Idle Bad

    Hey Applepooh, I don't think you should expect this in the future. I've just had some bad luck. The mechanics suggested when I installed the new pipe the oil line was pinched causing all this. I have a notion that it could also have happened when the bike was hit by a drunk driver on Cinco De Mayo last year. It was smacked pretty good. It was hit real hard actually. So who knows why this all happened.

    I also noticed, when i replaced my muffler, that my oil line was pinched. Made sure it was'nt when i mounted my new muffler. Maybe an advice to you guys out there. Check the oil line by the rear muffler mount if you've had a mecanic other than youself replace your muffler. Just sayin..

    These were the EXACT same symptoms I was trying to describe. This guy's Buell was only knocked over.
