Gotcha thanx for the clarification!
Ok I have a question for you guys. I'm looking to get a bike in the near future. Either xb, or xbr not to set on 9 or 12 but would like 12. Any ways with all this good info up here, what is the diffrence between a "california and world" motor? Does a cali bike have less power? Or does it even make a diffrence?
It's got a charcoal canister to catch the overflow tube fumes - it's easily removed.Does a cali bike have less power? Or does it even make a diffrence?
Ok thanks steven for clearing that up for me,
Nice Dave! Appreciate the info. Is anyone working on a price guide? It might be usefull so that buyers and sellers know what to expect. It would take more time than I have to complie, but maybe if some forum members each take a model and compare average sale prices/conditions, we could come up with some information for potential buyers/sellers.
An example of a buyers guide:

So I have a question, my Buell is a 2007 xb12scg, Part 4 on the VIN for engine type has "03". What is that?
