Nice work! How is the visibility? Looks like they would vibrate a lot being that long.
Just a couple of photos of the mods over the weekend. Cut off the top of the screen and fitted GSXR mirrors with internal turn signals.
Cheers

Visibility is actually very good....until the 1200cc lump comes to life! Than its all a big blur :D I think thats more due to the mirrors being fitted directly to the plastics. At a cruse speed the clarity does comes back. If i add little metal L plate between original fitting and the new holes it would fix it.
I am considering chopping the whole thing down to a minimum and putting of some high bars any way. So I will just leave it as is

I like the chop, but the mirrors kinda make your bike look like Mickey Mouse lol.
Which is actually pretty cool!!
Hey yea he does look like Mickey Mouse :D haha
I'm still undecided on whether I like it or not......I have a few other things I want to try too
I like the idea of the internal flashers, and I am a big fan of safety (having visible mirrors that you can actually use), but this is too much for me! At least it looks like a clean job... nice work.
If your front pipe black and the rear shiny?
I am about to cut down one of my spare fairings and windscreen's, what'd you use to cut it?
I touched the pipe with my wet weather pants and they stuck to it. When I cleaned the stuff off it looked shiny. I actually like the dull look so I did not want to do the other too.If your front pipe black and the rear shiny?
A hack saw :D no I'm serious...a sharp hack saw with a fine tooth step. I marked the cuts and then masked the line with tape. It was surprisingly easy actually.I am about to cut down one of my spare fairings and windscreen's, what'd you use to cut it?
Good luck
