Hey guys,
You asked me to post a picture of my bike. I picked it up last week, got it serviced, safetied and licensed and then it started to rain hard for over a week javascript:paste_string(document.PForm.message,'') I just installed the right side air scoop and rear header heat shield and took it for a ride today, first real ride, about 20 miles. It had to be short as there was heavy rain moving in and 45mph winds, but what a bike! javascript:paste_string(document.PForm.message,':) ') I love it!javascript:paste_string(document.PForm.message, ':D')
Here's the first picture, more to come at a later date.
It was pretty well stock, as far as I can tell, except for what looks like a Drummer exhaust. Now of course I've added the parts described above and will be getting some of 5-0dros sliders.
You guys were right about the handling, it is excellent, though I did find it a little stiffer to lean into a turn than my old Beemer was, that is actually a good thing I think.
Hope we get some nice weather before the snow flies… or at least some decent weather

Bike looks really nice, congrats on the purchase and welcome to the forum! Where do you live? The background of the picture looks a lot like Minnesota does right now..
Clean bike!
Nice bike!, the one bad thing about buying a bike now is in few week no more riding. Then The mods begin for next spring!
Thanks guys, it was fairly well looked after, there are a couple of real minor issues, like a missing bolt on the chin cowl, a missing seat screw (the other one is there), but the maintenance was done right and regularly (I checked with the dealer) and it only has 17428 miles on it.
I live on the Eastern shore of Lake Superior in Ontario Canada, about 1/2 way between Sault Ste Marie Ontario and Wawa Ontario. It is a lot like Minnesota up here!
BTW, does anyone know what size bolt the chin cowl hole takes?
Absolutely Agate :-) I am already planning & thinking about what to do. All suggestions welcome
