Not hard at all. Mine didn't turn out too neat cuz I had minimal tools and very low budget.
Btw, I get off in 1.5 hours.
Thanks man I can't wait. Honestly how hard would you say it was to do this. I have all of the necessary tools at my leisure haha.

All right well it's pretty simple ..
1. You take off the seat and rear plastic and lights.
2. I cut the subframe tubes right before where there is a cross bar connecting them
3. Sand those sections down and spray them whatever color you want them.
4. See how much of the seat you need to cut off to line up with the end of the subframe tubes.
5. On the bottom of the seat, take out how much staples you need to then cut the foam and plastic.
6. Either fold the leather like I did
Or you can have it redone professionaly if you wanna go the extra dollar.
7. Put the seat back on and figure out a better way to mount the lights and plate than I did cuz' I didn't do to gooda' job. My advice is try mounting the plate vertically alongside the wheel.
Excuse me if something doesn't make sense .. english isn't my first language.
This is what I wanted it to look like but then I ended moving back to the mainland and selling the bike
Good luck and hoped that helped
Yeah man that is going to help a lot. It does seem really easy to do.:)

this is the only nice blast on this thread, all the other one is FUGLY.
I would dig having the orange one, way cool in my opinion.
Looks stupid chopped all the way off, if your going to chop it make sure you set it up so you can make it like the first pic.
Not really a cafe style but might give you some more ideas.
