The Brave Ulysses rides again! Winter upgrades are over. Installed the Race Muffler, (sounds awesome), put the plastics on and took it out for a ride. The ECM was spot on. This bike really comes alive at 4500 RPM. I've been riding the Harley when it hasn't been raining, so it felt damn good to have something flickable between my knees.

Back in my younger days I had a 750 Virago. Tire blew out on the way to the tire shop, (I was a young guy with few funds and milked every mile out of the tires). I lost control and veered all over both sides of the road when the rim hit the road. If a car had been coming the other way I'd be deader than last year's romance. Learned my lesson about worn tires. Glad you came out safe and sound with a new tire.

^^^^that 5% terrifies me. your riding abilities far surpass what i'm now capable of at the ripe old age of 65..... but never lose sight of the fact that you live in a communist-run municipality governed by asswipes, losers, drones and other assorted vermin....all in bed with insurance companies. so when you rocket past Ocasio-Cortez in her Escalade....and then read 2 days later that she's introducing legislation to ban motorcycles in all 5 boros....you can give yourself a pat on the back.
