Josh: you guys riding all 4 down to TN from MD...or trailering? Sounds like Deals Gap and Gatlinburg in your future. I'm leaving in a bit for 3 days up to Wellsboro and PA grand canyon. Have a great trip and happy Memorial day!

    - Installed Buelltooth and ECMSpy
    - Found Active Exhaust stuck closed
    - Wired open Active Exhaust
    - TPS Reset
    - Verified that runs like crap if you don't back out Idle Adjustment
    - Got only Clicks when trying to start
    - Cleaned and Dielectric Greased Grounds and + Supplies
    - Charged battery
    - Performed another TPS Reset with Idle backed out - Adjusted Idle - Verified that this method works way better.

Adjusted suspension to Factory Recommended Short Lard Ass settings
Removed Caution Sticker - Performed another TPS Reset

Throttle Response on Low End MUCH cleaned up. Hitch in the 2000-3000 RPM range is gone. Feels much better in low speed situations. Butt dyno shows 22% Torque Increase across power band.

And I found a small crack on my Cherry Bomb Airbox Cover - Any recommends on how to forestall further damage/breakage?

but a little super glue on the area, just like how they do it on a windshield should prevent it from getting worse
    and then
Make sure you have the plastic washers for the bolts and don't over tighten them.

The translucent plastic have their own hardware type to help with over tightening and cracking them.

How difficult was the install? Any pictures of the process? Opinion on the results?
