drove more then 200 miles with my XB today....
No adhesion issues, the other guy bought the thinner grips, plus I heated the areas really good before I put them on. Instructions says install around 80 degrees F. I think that was his problem

My wife's hair dryer, lol. Worked pretty damn good, had to heat the tank for a while because its so damn cold in the man cave.
I wanted to do a breather re-route but didn't get around to it. I did however manage to polish up the plastics a little bit and I removed the ''American Motorcycles'' decal.
Changed the exhaust.

^^^whats up with the tennis ball forerunner?
Well back to the post.
Last Friday had some new rubber put on. Dunlop Q2.
Today changed primary oil using Mobil 1 20/50. Looks like it had never been changed before. Bike has 6000 miles. Made a hell of a difference!
Also adjusted the clutch which feels better too.
LOL! You got me guys! That's so embarrassing, I should have removed those for the photo.
Tennis ball = tired of barking my GD shins when walking by.
Also to help prevent scratches to other vehicles when I park the bikes between them:
