Lotus; The buzzing doesnt really start untill i actuall get the car in motion, i can put it in reverse and sit still with no sound at all, but as soon as i give it gas and accelerate, it starts
Just stop doing reverse 180s and you'll be fine. But on a serious note it's not the cv joint it's not clicking like 99.9% of them do when they go bad. My guess would be just low power steering fluid. Check that and your belts and pads too never hurt to check everything over that you can. Good luck
Do cv joints click regardless of going forward or in recverse?. Also would it be a constant clicking?, or intermittent?
A CV usually clicks in either direction, slow speeds and with the wheel turned. ie, parking... It's pretty loud and consistent right before it brakes.

The Constant Velocity joints in your Civic most likley will not make that type of noise... I replaced mine when i swaped the motor. While it could be a cause, I HIGHLY doubt it. I am sticking to my theory of your Power Steering pump, whether its low fluid or a bad bump, thats the noise it makes.... in just about any car.
