the injector is stuck open either mechanically or electrically.you can pick up a cheap set of noid lights at harbor freight or your local auto parts store.
ECMSPY if avaialable and if you have a cable can test various functions and also provide you with error codes, might be worth your while. Someone has a copy of the final release before the free version tanked.
