You have to fix the cause and the effect. What's causing the failure? Something is probably wrong upstream that's causing the stator to fail. Have you probed the harness for issues?
heat is the cause!!! the output was increased on the 09s. there is very little oil put on the stator...the ebr kit has a new side case and rotor that directs some oil on the stator to help it cool.

I am in springfeild va...I dont have pics but all you have to do is look at any buell page and its the red one..I am not joking when I say its spottless...I loved the bike untill the problems started..Dont get me wrong here I sold my xb 9 because I love buell and wanted more power..I got it in the cr.So far I have had this cr up to 158mph..Thats just with the barker,I wish I could see what it would do with the race ecm..Now the bike wont charge and Im ready to loose my mind...I cant find anyone who is versed in buell 1125 electrical,so if you are I will pay you for some help here..If your in northern va

Gaucher19 that sucks. You're not the first person here who's sold their 1125 due to stator problems. I can only imagine your frustration.
Use the ebr stator....it will fix the electrical gremlin....might replace your vr at the same time.
If not...id like to buy that barker if you still have the stock pipe.
