    Can anyone tell me where the fuel filter is on an 08 xbscg. thanks

    I think they only have a screen on the pickup inside the tank

    08 according to the service manual has a filter mounted next to the fuel pump while the pump itself has pick up screen/sock strainer filter.

    I would guess yes. The next change was to the pressure regulator in '10
