chopping the tail on my 01 blast

First off I'd like to thank the forum from buellforums.com for showing me how to do this.
This is how I did mine.

Before I start the project

Taking everything off I cut the metal just after the second tab that's where ill mount the turn signals



I used black tape to mark where I wanted to cut the plastic on the tail then I cut it and sanded edges then mounted turn signals to the tabs



Then I marked and cut where the tail light would slide into the tail. Also drilled holes for all the wires to be under the seat


Then I got everything fitted right. Then I trimmed the old license plate holder so it can't be seen once I have the plate on


Did some touch ups and recovered my seat and this is the finished product
