I would use the money to make a change..... by promoting vehicles less/non dependent on oil. The less dependent america is on foreign oil the greater chance we have to grow as a great nation again. Oil is hurting our economy more than we know. America needs confidence again and its hard when we cant control oil prices.
Then I would invest in education like Mark Zuckerberg (facebook founder). Education is key to a strong core country.
The money is too great for one person.

I'd pay off all debts of mine, my parents, my in-laws, my brother, probably donate a mil or so to each on top of that for spending money, then get a couple toys, 1190 definitely on the list.
Havent really thought much more, but I'd probably invest in a lawyer of some sort to keep me out of trouble.

640 Mil and i can't even but a ticket . Only 7 out of the 50 states don't participate and go figure I live in one of them .
wouldnt no one know if i hit it big. good **** would happen to those that had been good to me over the years....all without them knowing where or how it came to them.
