I'm running the version of theses that are extendable, and feel much more solid than stock, and checked clearances and mounts...etc because of the problems mentioned. I couldn't see a problem with them and I love the way they look/feel

Got same ones. 2 weeks to get here. Brake lever did press on plunger and had to dremel it down some. Clutch lever fit perfectly. I have read that these levers don't last very long due to the lack of bushings. The original levers were wallowed out pretty bad. Ace Hardware carry's many harley bolts and bushings as well. I plan on drilling my lever out and pressing in a bushing. I got the shorties and am very happy. These levers are way fatter than they look online. Fat, solid. Gold is almost the same as wheels.

Happened to me. Scary! I thought I was gonna get rearended for sure!

Lesson learned to be very careful with fitment on china junk. But once you file them down, I consider them as good as any at triple the price.
