Loud Trainie! Need advice.

Noticed in the last couple of days that when I let off the throttle that the trainie makes a louder whin that it did. Runs thru the gears fine with no unusual noises. What do you think? THANKS Rick.

Transmission is what he ment. Could have went with trany but that sounds gay. Trans would have worked.

stay simple, check your oil level. I find when my oil gets old or low the trans gets some weird noise.

We'll in turns out to be the idle sproket bearing. Sprockets are Vortex. Will pull bearing and hope to see a number . Anyone know the best place to buy a replacement? Thanks, Happy Eeaster, Rick

Just curious. How many miles on the motor. How long ago was last oil change, what kind of oil, etc. Might be helpful info for others based on mileage, use.

Hello BR,
Not sure. Meter says 49. But that's wrong. I know from the AMA records it ran 155 miles 2009 season. It had 18 miles on the meter when I bought it. Haven't changed the oil. It is clean, synthetic and green in color. Ordered filter for oil change and planned on using Amsol. Rick
