I have a jardine but if I have a rider on a 2inch bump will cause it to hit and it has been dented but nothing broke inside yet. I was wondering if there was something Thinner but just as good or better?

I have the d&d im not positive but it looks much smaller and i have never bottomed out with my girl on back. Not much back pressure and its loud but it sounds great and looks good.

All the underside exhaust systems will bottom out. Just take it easy on speedbumps, curbs etc.

Or, you can fabricate a side exhaust like mine, its the only permanent solution:

I see! I like the side exhaust! I tried without the can but the bike ran like crap.. anyway I can adjust carbs to run it without? I have 48/175 and a velocity stack.

Instead of running without a muffler I would get a sporster drag pipe. Been done quite a bit, just have to figure out a rear mounting point (but should be cheap and easy to do). The header bolts right up.

    Stiffen up your rear shock.

I chopped off my passenger seat so my then-wife (now ex) would quit asking to go for a ride.

How do I stiffen it up?? I thought you would have to replace it to do that?
Also I tried to ride it without the can just the header and it rode like crap any certain reason?
