Anyone out there found any info on sport settings for the X1? I have a friend who wants to tweak, but wants a good base to start from.

The setting are described in the Owners Manual along with a lot of other good information. On the X1, you can adjust the front damping and rebound suspension settings independently from the rear which has its own damping and rebound settings making the possible combinations basically endless. There is no such a thing as a single "sport" setting. Get the OM from the dealer.

Owners manual is factory weight settings, I think he is looking for an agressive sport setting, and yes it would be tuned to his weight.
