Yes, after you start it, put the multi meter leads in the plug coming from the stator, multi meter switch to AC, should read between 40-55 volts, it does change a bit with RPM.
I'm in Nigeria, yes postal service sucks and first class air packages gets lost.

I was able to take a reading of the stator and it shows 65v-120v when i rev and 35v when idle, is this normal? SHould i change stator also. i don't want to buy another VR and it goes bad again.
