Well i found my electrical problem! I would like a few ideas on this repair,The pos.terminal is loose in the connector that bolts to the battery there is also a smaller wire in the same connector. solder, recrimp, ect.

i'd also consider soldering it which is bullet-proof if done right. use a dab of flux, heat up connection, then apply wire or silver solder and let cool. should be tight as hell when done.
