I'd find someone local and save on shipping. Just get a quote for it to be recovered with some extra padding.

I ordered a seat from http://www.motorbikesaddles.com/Buel...st%20Seats.htm I paid the extra $100 so I wouldn't be without my stock seat in the meantime. There's quite a long wait right now though. I ordered first week of April and mine won't be started until around June 18th. I'm getting the gel insert too. It ended up costing me $545 with shipping. Hopefully it's worth it in the end.
