So for anyone who's interested: Hottschott, my brother Chris and I are meeting at that Panera mentioned above at 9:30 to head up Angeles Crest Highway. Should be a pretty relaxed cruise up to Newcombe ranch and possibly beyond.
ThrstMech, I saw your bike at Palomar a few weeks ago when I flew in. It actually made me a little depressed as I totalled mine out about a week earlier. Couldn't get too close, but based on the yellow plastics, was it an '03?

Damn. I wish I had checked this sooner :( . I am a bartender and a server at a restaurant, so weekends are my money-maker shifts and I need some more time to plan out a trip. I am still up for a trip, another time though.
