XB12S front disc

I have designed and manufactured my own front disc but I need some advice on material. The ones I make tend to have a shudder at low speed. Can someone suggest what to use?

I can't remember the name of the metal used for rotors but is some type of hardened alloy. I will try to find out what it is.
