Procedure for burning race map w ECM spy

What is the steps for burning a race map to a stock ECM?

I have a cd w the race map file on it, but don't know what to do after that.

the big deal is the year of the bike. otherwise for pre-08 it's as simple as fetching your eeprom to save a copy, loading the eeprom with the maps you want, saving the maps from the eeprom, fetching yours again and loading the maps, then click burn
