When I bought my or XB12S last fall the previous owner said that the bike had been "dropped" once. There is a small scratch on the left side air scoop but other than that no visible damage. Recently, the puck on the left side has pulled out a little revealing some damage to the frame, which looks like more than a drop. Is this repairable? Any suggestions?

About all you can really do is some bondo and repaint.

The lying dog, I hope he doesn't belong to this site.

I'll get you some info. tomorrow from what I used to repair the clutch cover and oil pan on an old Honda, it was easy to work with and held oil without any leaks (the previous owner had used bondo and it leaked through the bondo).

I put a slight dent in my frame.(stupid 5mph crash) Since it wasn't leaking I just used some bondo, been fine for 13,000 miles.

is it cracked? my frame was actually leaking gas from a small crack in frame. i used a product called P.C.7 on the crack then duraglass to reshape.held now for last 4 years. P.C.7 is a very strong epoxy impervious to chemicals
