Thread: Pilot jet wont fall out of carb ?

    Finally found the right screw driver to break the pilot jet free..... now it wont fall down the hole... i keep turning it as far loose as possible yet it wont fall down it almost feels caught..?..

    Tried tweezers....any ideas as to why this sucker wont come free ?!

    That is weird for sure, as mostly they fall right out.

    Have you turned it upside down to see if there is anything obstructing it? PO put an o-ring or some nonsense in it?

    knock on the carb with your hand (or the butt of a screwdriver) and/or try brake cleaner.
