    The stealership replaced both intake seals and said its better but they still are comfortable with it. Any other ideas of what it could be?

    Ive heard,
    1. Bad TPS, wouldn't they be able to see that doing TPS resets to it?
    2. Bad Engine temp sensor ?
    3. Bad Race ECM ?

    sounds like an injector leaking down.

    Here's my rule: if it's not showing up on a code, it's something that is outside a sensor.

    Too late to save you money but I'd be looking at tightening the throttle body to head manifold bolts. A leak would show up on low flow rate but not higher.

    I'd also check the spark club cables themselves. Worn insulation would show up on low revs and not higher.

    So after they replaced both seals, if you start it cold it will have a rough idle (wont stall) for about 10 mins then be fine. So it kinda acts like a carbureted bike. The tech called buell and is gonna ask them if putting a stock ecm would fix it. I dont know. . ..

    any new ideas?

    Any updates?? I got something strange like this going on too. But I have no front cylinder fire under 1500rpm. Changed plugs, helped for 30 seconds, now time for new wires.

    Curious how yours is going.

    Hi all. Seems like there are a few of us scratching our heads on this. My XB12STT does the same thing now, but only after the local HD got there hands on it. I had a bad misfire on acceleration over 3500 RPM and was told I need a new TPS. Did that and it went fine for 150 miles and the misfire was back. HD then says I have leaking intake seals because the AFV jumps between 80 and 140. Changed the seals and still the same. WTF???
