Bolt size-side rails to frame?

Hey all, I need to know the size, pitch and length for the bolt that attaches the side rails to the frame. It would be appreciated! Frank.

3/8" x16 nc x 1" allen head

On mine the threaded portion is 5/16, 18 pitch, and 1 in long. (Pass. pegs mounts are 3/8 x 16 x 1")

Not sure the size of the allen head (occasionally find different sizes)

06xbss is right. They are Grade 8, 5/16-18 x 1" length socket head screws.
