Where do you source part numbers for these bikes?

When I got my 07 XB9SX home, I noticed the pulley cover was missing the rear-most longer screw. I thought about taking it off, but I think I wanna trim a design into it instead. I would like to get a part number so I can at least search for it.

Lowes, up here in Anchorage, doesn't have T27 button head machine screws. Matter of fact, I'm not even sure where I could get one, besides Harley...if they can even get it. Is there a online parts outlet I might be able to source random screws for this bike?

Mcmaster- Carr has some (towards the bottom of the page). A friend of mine got some engine mount bolts from them.

I'm gonna give Ace hardware a shot first...then there's a store called Alaska Industrial Hardware that Im gonna try before I go the online route. Unless someone can point me to an illustrated parts diagram of some sort...at least that's what we call em in the Air Force.

    Washer P/N: CB0012.02A8
    Screw P/N: AA0412.11CDBL

These P/N's are from my '03 parts manual, but should be universal to all XB9-XB12, may be different for other year models, but the washer and screw are more than likely exactly the same.
