    Wow.. forgot to end this one up.


    Replaced TPS. Reset with ecm spy.

    This fixed it.

    Cant figure out what a code 21 is, any ideas cuz it doesnt exist on the code chart?

    There never was one. It's also turned off for sure. I saw the setting as such in ECM Spy.
    Weird.
