americansportbike.com sells them custom made for Buell.
I dont think they offer one for bikes older than 06 though.

VERY old thread I know, but does anyone know if there is any possibility of getting one of these NOS(or a used functioning one)from somewhere? That one from ASB with the wild horse logo on the face would be an incredible find. I've seen DIY tutorials on the forum here, and may be what I'll end up having to do, but that one from ASB is bitchin. Who made those for them, who was the manufacturer? Group buy possibility?

Both ASB and Dark Horse are long gone. You are going to have to either stay vigilant on ebay and the various forums, Facebook, etc or there is an engineer on here who has access to CNC machines and is assembling a team of engineers to make a replacement dipstick for his XB. Maybe you two should join forces?

Oh Man!, Please don't associate me w/ that guy. He seems to be the type that wants to reinvent the wheel. Right now I'm just unscrewing the stick and dropping in my pen thermometer to occasionally monitor. Remember, this Uly is new to me and I'm trying to be careful until I know the bike better. Probably end up drilling and recessing in a thermometer as I've seen you guys do.
