no, asked me about brake pads and if the Floaters are installed the right way etc.. I sent more pics..that was all...
, happy, marks" />
So did they say what would have caused it?
no, asked me about brake pads and if the Floaters are installed the right way etc.. I sent more pics..that was all...
got mail from EBR and they sent me today a new Rotor, Floaters and Brake pads ...
asking to send back the bad one with old Floaters and Brakepads for inspection... no problem...
:)
Thats cool and all they gave you a new one, but....what DID they have to say?!
but....what DID they have to say?! about the bad Rotor? nothing...
just asking to send back the bad one with Pads an Floaterset for inspection...
back from last ride....
here we have another example of these strange marks on the EBR Rotor..
he went out today the first time with the new Rotor, EBR Floaters and EBC HH Brake Pads..
marks are on both side of the Disc..but he said that braking is ok...
Wow....it LOOKS like a LOT of heat. Even the pads are discolored. The wheel spins free off the ground? I know...that's too simple...just thinking out loud that MAYBE its a caliper issue. I've seen this kind of thing in the automotive racing world, but this is a STREET bike...strange.
right, very strange... new stuff will be here soon.hope this will work for me..if not, I go back to original.... ( and buy me an RC51 for the Racetrack):)
:)
new Rotor and Parts arrived yesterday..after installing EBR 5mm Rotor with EBR Race Floater Kit and the EBR Brake pads.. all fine! front brake works perfect now...
thanks for all the help to Danny Bilansky from EBR Racing..
great to hear buddy that was starting to worry me and i was just looking at these rotors so have you determined the exact cause of proble was it the rotor itself
