So I have almost everything together and just waiting to get a few last minute things before I have the swing arm replaced.

Before I removed the exhaust and reinstalled the switch housing the bike would just click like it wasn't getting fuel but at least attempted to start. Now it will not even do that. Did the throttle tension back to normal but still have not put on the exhaust.

Would any of these redesigns be why it won't even click when ignition is hit?

Trying to make sure I don't have any other problems before I take it in.

    Thanks for all help.

Check for loose grounds as well as a fully charged battery.

Charge the battery, check the grounds. Lights will come on, but no fuel pump prime or cranking over would be a partial/weak ground.

11.8 volts is a battery that barely has a charge.

Battery should read over 12VDC if you see voltage drop below 12 VDC, you have to charge the battery, or a ground issue, or bad electical connection period. you may have enough current have lights or to prime the fuel, but not enough amps to turn over the bike.

    Update on bike.

Now running better than ever and looking great. Want to thank everyone that helped with parts and answering questions.

    One more question though
The throttle won't return after it is pulled. Wondering what I could do to fix it? But I like the cruise control option.

Thanks 50 dro for hooking up the case sliders and picked up a set of axle sliders as well.

Love the d and d exhaust sounds amazing has more power and runs better than with the jardine did.
Thanks Squid for the parts and talking with me regarding insurance.
Crossroad bars are nice different position for me but like the more aggressive stance.

Back on the challenges as soon as the cold weather ones end.
Rude safe and gear up. That is all that saved my life when I wrecked at 70 mph.
