Illinois Buellers better watch out. $1000 fine for popping a wheelie while speeding. HAHA

Wheelying has its time and place. Let's be honest. No matter how in control of your motorcycle you are while you are performing a wheelie, you are in more control of your motorcycle when the front wheel is planted on Tera firma. No matter how skilled you are at handling your motorcycle when your front wheel is in the air, you have greater skill at handling your motorcycle when you have the front wheel on the ground. I know you don't want to hear that. But am I telling the truth or not?

On the bright side, you can legally go through a red light! I can already do that where I live but man it's much more awesome than a wheelie.

Psh Thats the only thing fun about riding in Illinois, They do not have any curvey roads, and going fast in a straight line gets old fast.....

oh well.....I'd still like to know what a wheelie going the speed limit or under it would classify as though.

That doesn't surprise me. It's the worst state in the nation.
