Thread: Aftermarket upgrades

  1. #1
I have been talking with a friend about creating some modified parts for the blast due to the lack of parts. I would like to know who is still interested in purchasing these types of mods after we complete the originals for my bike. We are looking at putting out some rearsets, chain conversion / 3 inch swingarm extension. Ported and polished heads, matching intake to head, possible custom airbox to fit the stock mounting brackets with catch can. If the demand is there he will build them but would like to get several orders in at a time to make parts. Please let me know what you guys are looking for and ill see what we can do.

Its cool you are wanting to do this, but just from the outside looking in it may be hard to get a following. Not bashing any blast riders, because i wouldnt mind having one myself. I just dont see many spending that kind of money on that certain bike unless their screen name is jetlee.

That being said good luck in your endevour and i personally woukd start small and then grow production. Hit up jetlee on here. He hasnt been on in a while, but he is the guru and may know the blast crowd to get you in the mix.

    Good Luck.

I think most of the blast guys took off shortly after the acquisition, or should I say Jetted out of here! :D hehehe!

Good luck with your project! I'm sure the blast guys will appreciate it very much.

    This made me laugh lol.

But seriously I agree, I don't know that there would be a huge following with the blast.

Rear sets, cheap ones. The lean angle sucks on the blast.

Heh, you'd be surprised how little I've spent on my Blast.

...and how much others are willing to fork out.

I would love to get some rear sets. And the custom intake kit would be cool also
