I have a primary cover off a 06 engine I bought for my 04. It was powdercoated a smooth gloss black. I swapped it out for my texture black xb9 primary so I don't need these. No scratches. Looks great. It will fit your 06+ no problem. If you have a 03 to 05 I have the shifter shaft available that you can swap and be able to run this newer primary. Does include the inspection covers if you like. They are 250 new so how about 200 shipped to the lower 48 states. I have a matching cam cover as well. Call/text 423 742 0441 or pm me. I think the problem you're going to run into is it wouldn't cost that much for someone to pull theirs off and have it powdercoated. You're best best is someone who needs a primary case for some reason that happens to want it black.
That's what I'm hoping for. At one point it seemed everyone was needing one and Harley made them wait months for a new one. I'm not hurting to sell it just want the extra cash to speed up my rebuild.I do have one person that wants it but first with cash gets it.
